About the Role:
FRET Enterprise Services France SAS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in defining and delivering complex customer solutions using DXC Platform XTM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support for selected customer opportunities
- Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential clients
- Provide consultative support to other Solution Architects/Leaders and deal teams
- Gather product requirements from field and customer; aggregate and submit findings to portfolio/practice to drive refinement of solutions and offerings
- Drive add-on sales and business opportunities during the entire process in order to contribute to increased sales volumes
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English
- Minimum 5 years of systems integration experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect
- Proven track record with customers from the IT industry
- Extensive knowledge and experience with modern ITSM tools, ITIL and API technologies, solutions, and architectures
- Experience in the integration and proposal of 3rd party suppliers/products
- Expertise in digital solutions across enterprises, ITSM tooling software (especially ServiceNow or similar products), Enterprise Service Management solutions, service integrations using API-based policies, and ITIL 4
- Familiarity with AI(Ops); intelligent automation; lean and analytics, tooling for discovery, monitoring, and patching; data lakes; modern catalog management
