About the Role
The Human Resources Department, comprising 60 people in 3 services, oversees a budget of 110 million euros. In a context of high tensions on salary mass, you will participate in the integrated management of the agents of the collectivity in a desire for informed agents of your portfolio. You will participate in the dematerialization of acts and files of agents.
Since 2015, the Human Resources Department has deployed tools for piloting services on the follow-up of their staff and associated expenses. You will feed the existing dashboards, propose solutions based on emerging needs, and help agents to appropriate them. You will work in close collaboration with the Development of Competences service for internal recruitments and mobility.
2021 marks a turning point in employment governance, leaving more autonomy to services in their recruitment choices, subject to respect for their objectives.
Your Missions:
- In respect of the confidentiality of data, you will manage personnel files (pay, career, leave) and their updates. This involves:
- Rewriting administrative acts (positions, promotions, terminations, contracts, etc.).
- Preparing and implementing the calculation and execution of pay by entering variable monthly elements.
- Saving administrative personnel management elements and salary mass follow-up in the HRIS.
- Implementing individual career procedures.
- Managing social benefits (SFT) devices.
- Ensuring the rigorous maintenance and updating of individual agent files.
- Completing dashboards and follow-up tables.
- Writing responses to agent solicitations.
Required Profile
Technical Knowledge:
- Personnel file and HR management tools.
- Rules of absenteeism within the collectivity.
- Fundamental notions on payroll rubrics.
- Juridical disciplinary framework.
- Fundamental notions in HR (posts, jobs, professions, functions, competences).
- HR documentation resources.
- Territorial public function status.
- You have significant experience on a similar post. You appreciate working in a team and in transversality. You are recognized for your rigor and adaptability in function of situations. You already handle the CIRIL HRIS. Then we invite you to join our teams.
