Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our Hematology Myeloid team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the operational implementation of our product strategy, ensuring excellence in all marketing responsibilities.

About the Role

  • Assist in the management and tracking of operational projects in support of the marketing team.
  • Develop and validate promotional tools in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Participate in the creation of educational programs.
  • Analyze, create, and track client operations (RP programs, staff, congresses, etc.).
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support the marketing team on ongoing projects: Sales / Marketing Operations / Medical / Regulatory Affairs / External Relations / Internal & External Communication / Legal / Training / Procurement / Service Providers.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Double scientific degree (medical, pharmaceutical, scientific, veterinary, etc.) or equivalent marketing training.
  • Interest in science and the healthcare world.
  • Autonomy, rigor, initiative, proposal skills, good interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamism, team spirit, curiosity, involvement.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Fluent English.
