Job Title: B2B EMEA Events Marketing Manager

At Dow Jones, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B EMEA Events Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that drives business growth and revenue in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic events plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and targets key industries and accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment, to ensure a seamless and professional experience for attendees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event sponsors, speakers, and attendees, to ensure a successful and engaging event experience.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, including attendance, engagement, and revenue, to inform future event strategies and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in events marketing, with a focus on B2B events in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful events that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market and key industries, including banking, investing, payments, manufacturing, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
