About The TeamThe B2B Enterprise Marketing team is responsible for driving business growth in partnership with the product and sales teams of our three core businesses: Dow Jones Newswires, Factiva, and Risk & Compliance.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be responsible for marketing to Fortune 1000 companies in 3 of the select industries (Banking, Investing, Payments, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharma) and driving revenue growth in these segments and key accounts. You'll be responsible for the planning and execution of events and conferences that build awareness and engage our target accounts.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and the Business Proposition team to develop an event strategy targeting select industries and accounts.
- Understand the events for our target industries, stay abreast of latest trends, and monitor competitors' event activity.
- Manage the ideation, planning, and delivery of assigned events.
- Plan and deliver a wide range of events including hosted in-person events, conference sponsorships, and virtual events.
- Management of all event logistics, including contract negotiation, and storage and shipment of booths, promotional items, printed materials.
- Analyze event performance to inform data-driven decisions and future event plans.
- Maintain events budget and related processes involving procurement and finance.
- Create post-event reports to track and optimize performance.
- 7 years of events experience, ideally within the B2B space targeting enterprise clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed company model.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Multilingual a plus - proficiency in Spanish, French, or German preferred.
