Job Description
- Business Development: Identify new client opportunities and understand their specific needs through effective prospecting.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion within budget constraints.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Assess staffing requirements, manage personnel (including temporary hires), and provide guidance and supervision to team members and subcontractors.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, accurately estimate project costs, draft comprehensive quotes, and negotiate favorable pricing with clients.
- Project Coordination: Plan projects meticulously, coordinate with suppliers, and liaise effectively with the Engineering Department to ensure seamless execution.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct thorough technical studies, monitor project progress closely, and implement quality control measures to achieve desired outcomes.
- Financial Management: Track project expenses diligently, manage budgets effectively, and ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Project Completion: Finalize projects successfully, conduct thorough inspections, address any outstanding issues promptly, and deliver exceptional results to clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek a highly reliable and organized individual with proven leadership skills in project management and budgeting. Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. Candidates should possess a technical background in Building or Energy Systems, with qualifications such as a BTS in Building, BTS in Fluids, Energy, Home Automation, a professional Bachelor's degree in Construction Industry, or a Master's degree from an Engineering school.
