We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be based in Paris, supporting our rapid adoption of the marketplace model and contributing to our growth.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to reach up-sell and cross-sell sales targets.">
  • Anticipate and manage contract renewals within the customer portfolio to secure future revenues and prevent churn.">

Key Contributions

">
  • Build account plans for each key customer.">
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.">
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities: identification, qualification, engagement, negotiation, and signing.">
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build appropriate action plans.">
  • Interact and coordinate with client success and sales teams to deploy action plans.">
  • Stay up-to-date on new product enhancements.">

Requirements

">
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive or Account Manager at a SaaS company is required.">
  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.">
  • The ability to manage complex enterprise sales as well as transactional sales.">
  • Demonstrated successful history of closing complex deals.">
  • A strong understanding of business practices and industry trends.">
  • Comfortable with conceptual selling while still able to demonstrate ROI.">
  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement.">
  • Excellent verbal/written skills necessary.">
  • Proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English are essential requirements.">
  • Having proficiency in an Eastern European language would be a beneficial additional skill.">

About the Role

This position requires a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented company like Mirakl.

Compensation Package

">

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location

">

This role is based in Paris, France, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our office three days a week and remotely two days a week.
