Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agriculture Specialist to join our dynamic team in Continental Europe. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful sourcing and procurement of agricultural raw materials, contributing directly to the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and suppliers across various regions in Continental Europe.
• Conduct thorough assessments of agricultural land and crop yields to ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials meet our stringent requirements.
• Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of agricultural products.
• Monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement in our sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of raw materials into our operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in agricultural procurement or a related field within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop production cycles, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and data analysis tools.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
