We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Manager & Executive Assistant. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including security, HSE, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire facility, including security, HSE, and providers
  • Organize team building events and coordinate with event agencies
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure smooth operation of office technology
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
  • Make travel arrangements and manage visa procedures for ExCom members
  • Perform complex calendar management and organization for our CEO
  • Manage relationships with investors and management board
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as Office Manager/Executive Assistant or Event Coordinator/Manager
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French
  • Experience in similar start-up environments and international organizations preferred
  • Proven ability in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination
