Culinary Development Expert

The Culinary Development Expert will be responsible for co-developing and implementing knowledge sharing and training programs for internal and external customers. This includes creating and conducting workshops, developing and translating new culinary trends and techniques, and supporting the innovation process through trend translation and product testing. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Marketing team to develop sales tools and content for the Horeca channel.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing knowledge sharing and training programs
Creating and conducting workshops for internal and external customers
Developing and translating new culinary trends and techniques
Supporting the innovation process through trend translation and product testing
Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop sales tools and content for the Horeca channel

Requirements:
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food trends and techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
