Internship Opportunity: Product Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Intern to join our growing team. You will collaborate closely with Yiguo Zhang, Product Marketing Manager, on projects that bridge various departments within the company, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services.
Product Marketing at Lengow encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from conducting market research to developing go-to-market strategies and effectively communicating the value of our products to target audiences.
Your Responsibilities- Market Intelligence & Customer Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the e-commerce space. Share your insights with internal teams.
- Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and how our products are utilized in their workflows.
- Analyze competitor products and monitor their strategies to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Product Go-to-Market Communications:
- Work closely with the R&D team to understand upcoming product updates and develop effective go-to-market strategies for each release.
- Create compelling content to inform customers and prospects about new features, including copywriting, graphics, and mini demo videos.
- Execute timely communication campaigns across various channels, such as email, in-app notifications, website updates, and newsletters.
- Development of Product Marketing Collateral:
- Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to develop product-related content that drives brand awareness and demand generation.
- Support the creation of customer-facing materials, such as product tours, use cases, data activation guides, and training videos.
- Assist in developing sales enablement resources, including product sheets, battlecards, demos, and ensure sales representatives have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
