Your Role: Telecom Project Manager
As a Telecom Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering telecom-related projects within our railway industry sector. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities- Client & Supplier Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Coordination: Track customer requests, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate seamless collaboration among internal and external teams.
- Service Quality Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and service quality indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
- Asset & System Monitoring: Monitor the evolution of assets and systems within the telecom infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Project Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and key milestones.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Analysis within complex environments.
- Strong understanding of telecom business principles and network management practices.
- Technical proficiency in IP networks, IP telephony protocols (RTP, SIP), and call center solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- IT Service Management certification (e.g., ITIL V3).
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency in using various tools for reporting and documentation.
