Rejoignez notre équipe de Cognizant France et rejoignez l'aventure de notre Practice Life Sciences, le secteur le plus dynamique et en pleine croissance au sein de l'entreprise. En qualité d'Account Manager Life Science, vous accompagnez nos clients grands comptes dans leur transformation technologique, grâce à des solutions innovantes qui intègrent l'intelligence artificielle, l'automatisation des processus et la gestion des données.

Au sein de nos équipes sales, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la croissance de notre activité commerciale en France sur ce secteur, en collaboration avec notre Responsable Life Sciences France. Vous serez en charge de co-gérer le plus gros compte pharmaceutique chez Cognizant France.

À ce titre, vous serez en charge de l'identification de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, ainsi que de l'extension et la gestion des contrats en cours de delivery. Vous collaborerez avec nos équipes techniques localisées partout dans le monde pour maximiser les performances opérationnelles, contrôler votre P&L et garantir la satisfaction de votre client.

Missions quotidiennes :
  • Développer des relations solides avec vos clients grands comptes du secteur Life Sciences en France, en étant leur point de contact principal pour leurs besoins stratégiques et en atteignant les objectifs de revenus.
  • Identifier activement de nouvelles opportunités de développement commercial au sein d'un client actif et conclure des extensions de contrats.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes delivery pour optimiser les résultats, ajuster les ressources et gérer les évolutions afin de garantir la satisfaction des clients.
  • Suivre et gérer les performances financières (P&L) des comptes sous votre responsabilité.
  • Piloter et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de développement commercial alignée sur les objectifs du groupe, en assurant une croissance continue du backlog et des projets en cours.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes internes pour répondre aux besoins clients, en tenant compte des enjeux propre au secteur Life Sciences.
  • Garantir la satisfaction des comptes assignés et renforcer la confiance grâce à des interactions régulières avec les parties prenantes.
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les offres et les propositions de valeur en phase avec les attentes des clients, en vue d'accroitre la part de marché de Cognizant.
Compétences requises :
  • 7 ans d'expérience minimum en vente dans une société de conseil ou de services IT.
  • Solide expérience dans le domaine de l'offshore/externalisation.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec les équipes de delivery, les partenaires et les équipes chargées des alliances.
  • Très bonne compréhension des technologies actuelles et des tendances du marché.
  • Capacité à rédiger des propositions commerciales gagnantes couvrant plusieurs lignes de services.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de comptes de plus de 10 millions de dollars.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, esprit proactif et résilience pour mener notre stratégie commerciale.
