We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Life Sciences team in France. As a trusted advisor, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver digital innovation and transformation solutions to clients in the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with expert advice on the latest technology trends and collaborate with teams to deliver transformation projects.
- Assess client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, and establish senior relationships with clients and prospects.
- Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models, and lead the transition from sales to delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on current and emerging trends in the sectors, markets, and geographies where our clients operate.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize growth of practice activities.
- Align with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals, and contribute to a positive impact on our customers, employees, and communities.
Requirements
- Deep industry experience in Health and Life Sciences clients in France.
- Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills, with the ability to lead people and recruit your own team.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Demonstrated success in managing client consulting engagements in fast-paced environments.
- Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and a commitment to diversity.
