Your Role
Our agency COLAS Civil Engineering Southeast is seeking a Team Leader for the Auvergne region.
You will be responsible for coordinating all tasks of the team to ensure the proper execution of projects in the Civil Engineering field, while adhering to safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols on construction sites.
- Project Preparation: Assist in evaluating necessary resources, allocate tasks within the team, receive and inspect required supplies for project execution.
- Site Organization: Organize the work area and oversee the installation of equipment according to project specifications.
- Team Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the team's work, conducting technical checks during operations, providing technical assistance, and monitoring progress against the execution plan.
- Technical and Organizational Leadership: Assign tools and resources effectively, provide guidance on technical aspects, and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Project Closure: Clean up the site, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a proper handover upon project completion.
- Team Development: Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among team members.
- Performance Evaluation: Actively participate in performance evaluations of team members to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
