At Alstom, we are committed to leading the way to a low-carbon future. As an ALM Product Owner - Sustainability Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving our mobility solutions towards a more sustainable future. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all functional implementations to answer Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) business needs.
  • Ensuring the implementation and testing of the completeness of the ALM solution.
  • Working closely with the Project Core team and serving as the interface towards Information System & Technology (IS&T) regarding business needs.
  • Supporting programs and projects where ALM is deployed.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Challenging and validating product solution changes to reach better QCD targets during QCD reviews.
  • Driving standardisation.
  • Implementing adequate governance to ensure adherence to the product reference.
  • Ensuring the robustness of the product project validation plan and associated results.
  • Creating and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Capturing and analysing ALM technical requirements.
  • Coordinating closely with verification and validation activities, supporting integration, tests, and validation phases.
  • Supporting Key User and End User Trainings.
  • Capturing Return of Experience and formalising feedback to the Project team.
  • Organising Design Reviews with the Project team.
  • Ensuring the coherence of all individual tools within the ALM solution.
  • Ensuring that architecture design fulfils business needs.
  • Acting as the front office of the Project for troubleshooting/root cause identification in all phases of the project.

Required experience for this role includes:

  • Senior knowledge of ALM.
  • Knowledge about the Jazz Platform.
  • Knowledge of configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes.
  • Experience in a role as owner.

Desirable experience for this role includes:

  • Architectural design of ALM.
  • Experience from the train transport sector.
