Join a leading global manufacturer of skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products as a Business Development Intern in the EMEA region. In this internship role, you will support the CRM Analysts/Managers for various brands within the Estée Lauder Companies group.

About the Opportunity

This internship provides a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals from over 40 nationalities, located in Neuilly-sur-Seine. As a Business Development Intern, you will be at the forefront of improving the consumer journey, implementing new triggers, and personalizing communications across multiple channels to drive engagement towards our brands.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in quantitative studies, data analysis, and multichannel campaign execution. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop customer strategies for various ELC brands, monitor campaigns, and analyze competition trends in the Prestige Beauty market.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Minimum 6-12 months of marketing experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze is preferred
