RCM Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled RCM Engineer to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. As an RCM Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our oil and gas production installations.

• Perform RCM activities, including analysis of failures, definition of equipment reliabilities, and study of criticality of the equipment.
• Conduct RAM analysis to support maintenance and operations in compliance with COMPANY standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure effective implementation of maintenance plans.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Higher National Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of RCM principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
