Dans le cadre de l'expansion de nos services, nous recherchons un.e Java Technical Leader pour soutenir nos clients dans les secteurs de la Banque, de la Finance et de l'Assurance.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Diriger des projets techniques avec efficacité.
  • Évaluer les besoins et les contraintes techniques des projets tout en garantissant la qualité des livrables.
  • Encadrer et développer les compétences des équipes de développement, tout en assurant une veille technologique constante.
  • Concevoir et développer des solutions techniques (architecture, codage, tests, documentation) en collaboration avec l'équipe, en prenant en charge les phases de développement les plus complexes.
  • Réaliser l'analyse, l'estimation et la planification budgétaire des projets de développement.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme supérieur (Bac+5, université ou école d'ingénieur) avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des postes similaires.
  • Maîtrise de plusieurs technologies : Java, architectures monolithiques et microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Angular, NodeJS, React, API REST / GraphQL, Maven / Gradle, Docker (dockerfile, docker-compose), ainsi que des outils CI tels que Jenkins, Gitlab, Nexus et SonarQube, SQL, NoSQL, bases de données.
  • Compétences solides en gestion de projet (cycle en V, Scrum, SAFe).
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à maintenir une cohésion d'équipe.
  • Anglais courant requis.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur financier (banque, assurance, mutuelle) est un atout.
