About the Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join AAF La Providence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Permis B required.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
