About the Role

We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineering Team Leader to guide a team of skilled engineers at AML Systems. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support, develop robust components, and align product development activities with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the R&D engineering team and act as an individual contributor to projects
  • Integrate customer requirements into product development from design to serial production
  • Allocate project resources for testing, validation, and tooling
  • Engage with global engineering teams related to product development, component design, and change management
  • Ensure technical folders are organized and design justifications are clear
  • Act as the main contact for internal and customer audits and customer visits
  • Ensure that the system complies with industry standards and regulations
  • Apply and ensure the application of safety, environmental, and security rules
  • Manage risk boundaries and validate decisions
Requirements
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in product development and project management in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in French and English language
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
