About the Role
AXA Group is seeking a skilled Actuary Portfolio Strategist to join its Global Chief Underwriting Office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing, enabling, and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design, and Technical Underwriting Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a common Portfolio Management Process (PMP) across AXA to drive technical excellence and purposeful portfolio creation through product strategy and pricing performance KPIs.
- Collaborate across functions to execute on the PMP North Star, incorporating Cycle Management and engaging across all entities.
- Define key Metrics that will drive the Optimization Process and monitoring metrics to incorporate into the PMP Reporting.
- Develop and share existing standard templates to support the full PMP process.
