Industrial Utilities Project Coordinator

Dalkia, a prominent subsidiary of the EDF group, excels in energy services. We are in search of an Industrial Utilities Project Coordinator for our Technical Directorate in the Center East region. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of engineers to devise energy solutions tailored to our clients' long-term requirements while conducting intricate studies aimed at improving energy efficiency and promoting decarbonization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and oversight of technical and economic assessments in steam, overheated water, thermal fluid, and cooling sectors.
- Conduct audits, diagnostics, and operational modeling of systems.
- Perform energetic evaluations, design technical solutions, and integrate innovative environmental strategies.
- Estimate costs for projects and associated operational expenses.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans.
- Contribute to technical, financial, and commercial proposals as well as contract documentation.
- Deliver technical presentations to clients and provide support to the Sales Manager.
- Draft specifications and manage subcontracting agreements, including permit application submissions.
- Facilitate the transition of secured projects to the Construction team.
- Engage in internal offer evaluations.
