Position Overview:
As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will engage in consulting assignments aimed at steering transformation initiatives, enhancing processes, and facilitating change efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining project/program scopes, assessing current situations, and pinpointing improvement opportunities regarding organization, processes, solutions, and customer experiences.
- Proposing strategies for implementation and deployment;
- Mapping current and future processes;
- Managing projects/programs and ensuring stakeholder involvement;
- Preparing and leading governance meetings while providing operational support to teams for action tracking;
- Designing and overseeing change management strategies and their practical execution;
- Identifying potential risks and managing remediation plans;
- Establishing performance metrics and monitoring progress.
In addition to your consulting duties, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities by leveraging connections and methodologies from leading consulting firms, all while enjoying the flexibility and variety that a smaller organization offers. You will contribute to expanding our firm's reach and nurturing relationships with key clients.

Qualifications:
- Degree from a prestigious business school, engineering institution, or university;
- 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting or project management;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in project design and execution both with clients and within the organization;
- Ability to merge strategic insights with operational perspectives;
- High adaptability and experience in complex settings;
- Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities;
- Demonstrated writing skills;
- Fluency in English for international engagements.
