About the Role
The objectives for this position will be to participate in the development of commercial plans in France: understand the challenges of the corporate strategy, analyze the market to identify opportunities, propose commercial plans, align and present to the sales force, follow-up and post-activity review.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily commercial indicators: Volume/DN/DV/coverage/Budget;
- Update the Trade Dashboard: Sell in, Market Shares, Distribution Levels;
- Analyze market, brand, portfolio, and point of sale performance;
- Define the objectives of the Sales Force;
- Implement the monitoring of the performance of the operation/recommendations;
About You
- Graduated from a BAC +4/5 in Business School or Master's degree specialized in Marketing;
- At least one year of experience in Trade Marketing (Field Sales, Trade Team, Route to Market);
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
- Fluent French and English required;
