**Mission**

Adsearch recrute un Compliance Officer Senior pour l'un de ses clients, un établissement bancaire de renom.

**Rôle**

Vous serez chargé de superviser l'équipe chargée de la conformité et de la déontologie, et jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'adhésion aux réglementations liées aux services d'investissement.

**Fonctions**

  • Vous serez responsable de veiller et de vérifier la conformité et la déontologie des nouveaux produits (MIF 2, EMIR, SRAB/Volcker, DDA, etc.).
  • Réaliser des contrôles permanents.
  • Participer et organiser le comité d'agrément produit.
  • Assurer le suivi et la mise en œuvre des évolutions réglementaires ainsi que des projets internes ou initiés par le groupe.
  • Dans le cadre des cartographies, élaborer les plans d'action et assurer le suivi des recommandations d'audit.
  • Animer, piloter et organiser l'activité d'une équipe.

**Compétences requises**

  • Diplôme en droit, finance, audit interne ou domaines connexes.
  • Expérience confirmée au sein d'institutions financières dans un département compliance ou Legal.
  • Dynamisme, engagement, disponibilité immédiate.

**Offre**

Notre client vous offre un CDD de 3 mois, avec un salaire entre 60 000 € et 100 000 € selon l'expérience et la responsabilité.
