EU Marketing Director

Veblen International is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Europe. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy: Adapt global brand messaging to suit European audiences, ensuring products and communications resonate with local consumers and market needs.
- Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, PR, experiential events, and influencer collaborations, to build brand recognition in Europe.
- Retail Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with retail partners, particularly within the beauty industry, to ensure successful in-store and online marketing efforts that drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, managing budgets effectively while collaborating with global finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial planning.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside sales, product development, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure all European marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives.
- Passionate about beauty and up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends across Europe.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative, with a talent for storytelling and a knack for bringing fresh ideas to life.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to merge creative vision with data-driven decision making.
- Confident and positive communicator who easily builds relationships across different teams and regions.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of European markets, with particular expertise in France, Italy, Spain, and Germany.
- Proven experience working with Sephora across Europe.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of brand and retail marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, and a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
