As a Change Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder buy-in. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:
- Conducting thorough impact analyses to identify potential challenges and opportunities associated with change.
- Developing comprehensive change strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client project.
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs to equip stakeholders with the knowledge and skills necessary to embrace change effectively.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the change process, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of OCM resources and best practices.
The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities in both French and English, and a proven track record of success in change management initiatives. Experience in a multicultural environment is highly valued.
