Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Natixis. As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and animating the showcase website, including the management of the editorial board and the project committee with the DSI to ensure the update of the site, developments and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and animate the showcase website, including the management of the editorial board and the project committee with the DSI to ensure the update of the site, developments and key performance indicators.
- Be the main interlocutor of dedicated communication devices, responsible for digital content sent to customers, and available on the website such as videos, infographics, and downloadable documents.
- Work on SEO to identify the themes to highlight, propose the content of pages, and optimize the path and SEO of the site to capture qualified leads.
- Implement the Youtube strategy by being responsible for the publication schedule, proposals for the creation of publications, as well as analysis and monitoring on Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Manage the banking intranet by ensuring the online and organization of the content library, the monitoring of releases, and by taking the evolution projects to the IT department.
- Contribute to the evolution of the customer space by managing the tracking, the product backlog, and by interfering with the CRM, as well as contributing significantly to the implementation of cloud marketing, by participating in design workshops, execution sprints, and Level 2 Acceptance.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager who has a strong background in project management, website management, SEO, and Wordpress CMS system. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Familiarity with project management methodology (scrum, design thinking), website management, SEO technique (good web writing practices, tracking, etc.), and Wordpress CMS system.
- Excellent relationship, listening ability, and communication skills.
- Versatile, curious, and driven, with a positive attitude and a willingness to put your expertise at the service of commercial ambition and customer experience.
- Master English with a B2 level.
