Compensation: £50,000 - £65,000 (based on experience).
Overview of the Role
Due to recent business expansion, we are pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Project Leader within our Oil & Gas Storage & Distribution Division.
In this role, you will oversee the execution of projects within the Oil & Gas Storage & Distribution sector for our clientele in the Southern region. The Oil & Gas team comprises the Sector Project Leader, Project Managers, and Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to the complete project lifecycle, thorough testing, timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with specified standards, while also promoting continuous improvement.
- Support the Sector Project Leader in reviewing and managing internal standards and procedures, as well as monitoring both national and international standards to maintain the relevance of business protocols.
- Engage in all facets of sales activities for the sector, including order management, customer relations, surveying, and pricing.
- Maintain positive working relationships with existing customer and supplier accounts.
- Exhibit commercial acumen by negotiating and overseeing contracts with customers and subcontractors.
Candidate Profile:
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle, with proven experience.
- Familiarity with system integration.
- Demonstrated commercial experience and contract management skills.
- Strong time management abilities, showcasing a structured and methodical approach to tasks.
- Experience in delivering projects, ideally in PLC/SCADA within the Oil & Gas Storage & Distribution sector.
