Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team at Nantes Metropole. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the resilience of our water and sanitation systems, ensuring business continuity and minimizing the impact of disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the current state of our water and sanitation systems, identifying critical components and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance system resilience, including risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a culture of resilience within the organization.
  • Design and conduct exercises to test system resilience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a methodology for planning and conducting exercises.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer software and tools.
  • Knowledge of risk management and business continuity principles.
  • Experience in the water and sanitation industry is an asset.
