About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the launch of major innovations and activations for our lenses brand, Stellest.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies to maximize the value proposition of Stellest products and brand, and accelerate growth and commercial impact in the markets.
- Lead regular exchanges with regional or local marketing and sales teams to ensure the exchange of best practices and alignment with global strategies.
- Identify consumer needs and new trends, and assess market opportunities and needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competing offers, and provide insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Develop and validate Stellest innovations and create internal project documents, including product marketing mix and sales materials.
- Support and monitor Stellest market launches worldwide, ensuring rapid execution and consistency with defined strategies.
- Ensure internal communication and training on product innovations, and monitor sales and produce analysis reports to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in International Marketing or related field.
- At least 4 years' experience in leading innovation, developing new product concepts and positioning, in an international and multicultural environment.
- Excellent understanding of the complete marketing mix and ability to build a consumer approach as well as operational BtoB marketing actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with a wide variety of upstream and downstream partners in an international environment.
- Fluent in English.
