About the Role:
As a Brand Marketing Specialist within our Global Marketing department, you will play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy for Essilor lenses, from innovation to market launch. Your focus will be on myopia and its management, contributing to brand visibility and driving impactful initiatives.
- Innovation Projects:
- Develop engaging educational resources on myopia and its management to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and B2B/B2B2C agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Draft and provide feedback on design and communication briefs, ensuring brand alignment across all materials.
- Support project launches and implementations, contributing to successful market penetration.
- Global Marketing Initiatives:
- Assist markets in deploying global marketing initiatives aligned with myopia strategies.
- Aid regional/local entities in adapting and deploying programs for myopia control, tailoring them to specific market needs.
- Measure success and ROI of implemented campaigns, providing valuable insights for future strategies.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Gain insights into market trends through competitor analysis and distribution mapping.
- Other Projects:
- Contribute to the development of digital tools for myopia, improving doctor-patient communication and user journey.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (gap year profiles accepted).
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and technical tools.
- Independent and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
