Talents Commerciaux, a specialized recruitment agency in Commerce and Marketing, is seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of distributors in the BTP Bois sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a portfolio of distributors, including negotiations, GSB, and marketplace.
- Grow the number of distributors through prospecting and outreach to market players.
- Support the development and deployment of services to distributors.
- Inform distributors about their regulatory obligations regarding waste recycling.
- Ensure the satisfaction of large account distributors on our activities.
- Report on activities and participate in transversal and sectoral projects.
- Higher education in a business school or engineering school.
- Knowledge of the BTP Bois sector or waste recycling industry.
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a portfolio management position.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
