We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to enhance our Neo Expense platform. This innovative solution sets us apart in the Travel & Expense sector by delivering exceptional configurability and a superior user experience. With Neo's unique market position and advanced technology, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the authority on your product line, integrating market research, user insights, and technical knowledge to shape the product vision and strategy.
- Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for your product.
- Establish priorities and define specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams to create, launch, and refine new features.
- Coordinate product launches with customer success and marketing teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Work alongside analytics teams to assess and enhance the performance of your products.
- Take ownership of business outcomes, ensuring targets are met by continuously improving the product experiences you oversee.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in delivering products that resonate with customers.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B context.
- Familiarity with platform ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Technical and analytical mindset, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience applying the scientific method to develop testable hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent influencing abilities, particularly within large, matrixed organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and UX practices, with a minimum of 5 years in a direct product management role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
