Job Responsibilities
- Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation devices, including sensors and measurement tools.
- Occasionally perform maintenance on electrical apparatus such as valve actuators, pump motors, and variable speed drives.
- Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams effectively.
- Identify faults and utilize the necessary diagnostic tools.
- Conduct wire-to-wire and functional testing.
- Calibrate instruments and maintain accurate documentation of specifications.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance teams to provide insights and feedback.
Desired Qualifications
A degree in Electrical Engineering or BTS CIRA, along with some experience in instrumentation, is preferred for this role. However, candidates who are new to the field but demonstrate availability, commitment, and independence, along with a focus on customer service, are encouraged to apply. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and benefits including meal allowances, tool provisions, and health insurance.
Work Environment
This role is situated within the SOTEB Genas agency, with primary responsibilities at a chemical platform. On-call duties may be part of the job requirements.
