Project Execution Manager - Water Pumping & Treatment Stations
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Execution Manager to join our LE DU Hydro site. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of water pumping and treatment station construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans in accordance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Optimize human, technical, and material resources allocated to projects, providing regular updates on financial performance and deadlines.
- Ensure the safety of personnel and property on construction sites by establishing safety protocols and conducting thorough inspections.
- Adhere to established operating procedures, including the creation and implementation of execution procedures for each project.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders such as clients, Works Managers, supervisory bodies, and administrative authorities.
- Lead site meetings to discuss progress updates, potential roadblocks, additional work costing, and other relevant matters.
- Monitor billing processes until final project acceptance.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate with an Engineering background or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mechanical/hydraulic construction. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role is required. Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
