The Peninsula Paris is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of the capital, offering 200 rooms and 93 suites. We are seeking an experienced Laundry Attendant to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a fantastic team that values excellence and generosity. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining technical installations, scheduling maintenance operations, and managing energy consumption.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the smooth operation of technical installations, including electricity, energy, hydraulics, and kitchens.
- Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations to prevent malfunctions.
- Manage energy consumption and contribute to sustainable development.
- Oversee departmental budgets and manage external service providers.
- Lead and develop a team of technical professionals.
- Organize and control team activity to optimize results.
- Interact positively with team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Allocate tasks and monitor work performance.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness.
- Strong team management skills.
- Higher education in electrical engineering or hotel and property maintenance.
- Availability, dynamism, responsiveness, and autonomy.
- Sense of detail.
- At least 6 years' experience in the technical field, in a hotel of a similar category.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer skills: Opera, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Practical and theoretical skills: refrigeration, air conditioning, building pathology, water treatment.
- Ability to manage a budget.
