Sales Manager France

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in France. Our client, a leading workwear management solutions company, is looking for a sales professional to drive growth and success in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate continuous pipeline growth and achieve annual sales quota
  • Build and manage existing sales channels, maintaining day-to-day relationships with key customer functions
  • Develop a good understanding of the business and technology involved, including capital equipment sales
  • Account management of existing accounts, working with Salesforce CRM to track all sales activities
  • Provide sales advice and a consultative sales approach to all customers, conducting competitor research and analysis
Requirements:
  • BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, with capital equipment sales experience an advantage
  • Experience working for an international company (preferred)
  • Hands-on individual with a proven track record in sales, highly motivated with a "hunter" mentality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong numerical capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a "can-do" attitude
  • Fluent in French and English, with willingness to travel across France
