Murex, a leading fintech company in trading, risk management, and processing solutions for capital markets, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join its global team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning expertise to support the company's growth and success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze headcount, manpower, and full-time equivalent data from 19 countries.
- Calculate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as headcount growth, recruitment rate, and attrition rate.
- Analyze compensation and benefit data to inform business decisions.
- Participate in the Finance department's month-end closure processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to headcount and people costs.
- Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior year data.
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefit team and Human Resources team as a Business Partner.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in accounting or a related finance discipline (CPA or MBA is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in international companies with a multi-country and currency environment, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is highly valued.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of compensation and benefits differences by country.
