Job Description

Reporting to the Campus Manager, your key objectives will be:

  • Organize, coordinate, and participate in events and actions in Mantu's priority engineering and business schools to attract interns and V.I.E. students for the Group's various brands and strengthen Mantu's employer branding.
  • Develop and manage school relations projects, ensuring a results-oriented approach and setting up and monitoring KPIs to measure success.
  • Build and maintain a network of internal ambassadors in collaboration with the Campus Manager:
  • Solicit ambassadors for school initiatives and manage their involvement in related activities.
  • Recruitment:
    • Sourcing candidates related to Campus activities.
    • Prequalification calls.
    • Follow-up during the recruitment process.
  • Establish and animate a community of student ambassadors in our target schools and internal ambassadors, particularly from engineering profiles.

Monitor the competition on subjects related to school relations and employer branding to propose innovative actions and improve Mantu's position in the market.
