Enterprise Partnership Development Manager

As a key member of the Mantu team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with junior enterprises and student associations in target universities and schools. Your primary objective will be to implement the action plan in line with the strategy established by the Campus Manager, ensuring seamless execution and effective monitoring of KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with junior enterprises and student associations
- Implement the action plan in line with the strategy established by the Campus Manager
- Monitor and report on activities to ensure effective execution and KPI achievement
- Identify and prospect new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
- Animate student communities through events, training courses, and case studies
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing, pre-qualification, and follow-up during the recruitment process
- Manage the Mantu Manager Program, ensuring its continued growth and success
- Help partner students understand and learn about our businesses
- Continuously raise the profile of the Mantu Manager Program
- Duplicate the program in other Group professions
- Manage the network of alumni from our partner schools and universities
- Studies in business or engineering school
- Ability to adapt speech to different audiences
- Ability to federate and reach out to others
- Rigorous, organized, and comfortable managing and coordinating events
- Pro-active and team player attitude
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Initial experience in managing school relations, associative life, internal auditing, or a junior enterprise is a must
- Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
