We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team at LEO Pharma. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of production processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all production processes meet the highest quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of production processes.
- Education: Master's degree in business management, production engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in coordinating production, logistics, or supply management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, and experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
