In this role, you will contribute to the technical aspects of risks related to Collective Supplementary Insurance in Life and Health, reinsurance, and co-insurance. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure accurate analysis, monitoring, and development of our reinsurance portfolio.
Your Responsibilities- Draft and oversee proportional reinsurance treaties (Acceptance and Cession), non-proportional reinsurance (XS treaty and XS Cat), and co-insurance agreements according to the terms established during the engagement committee.
- Establish treasury accounts and final reinsurance accounts for cessions.
- Analyze and validate acceptance treasury and final accounts submitted by our ceding parties.
- Monitor and develop non-proportional reinsurance accounts.
- Conduct S1 standard inventory work on the reinsured portfolio.
- Perform specific studies on the technical and financial performance of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance treaties.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of the reinsured portfolio.
- Update and enhance the reinsurance management tool.
- Implement new tools for monitoring and analyzing our cessions and acceptances portfolios.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and/or Mathematics/Computer Science, with a preference for applied mathematics. Proficiency in Excel and programming languages such as VBA, SAS, and Access is essential. Knowledge of insurance and actuarial principles is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Ideally, you possess previous professional experience demonstrating autonomy and initiative. You are proactive, value human contact and teamwork, and possess strong analytical skills.
