About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Controller to join our Supply Chain Finance team at Sidel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to our Supply Chain Production Center manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Supply Chain Production Center manager, providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide expert advice on financial matters, including product cost analysis, equipment projects, and inventory management.
- Support the development of business cases for capital expenditures and operational improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Sidel's policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in finance and controlling.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial controlling or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with SAP FI/CO, MM, and PS systems.
- Advanced practice of IS tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English, with local language skills a plus.
