Job Summary:

The Controlling Support Functions Expert will be responsible for ensuring good internal collaboration on all financial processes within AXA GO support functions. The role will focus on GETD, Procurement & COO Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to financial planning by preparing forecasts and monitoring actuals, including running closing and forecast processes, and delivering regular reporting to support functions management.
  • Support the budget/forecast process for support functions scope.
  • Execute transversal processes within the supported Division, including P2C, O2C, time tracking, budget, efficiency, sourcing, etc.
  • Support managers of the division in their transversal process delivery.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in all systems, including Anaplan/efficiency tracker and sourcing data.
  • Coordinate transversal practices/processes delivery for the business unit supported.
  • Support managers of the scope in their business cases and investment monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (English).
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance or economics.
  • Financial common sense, good knowledge of MS Office Excel.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Good level of expertise on financial tools (Peoplesoft Finance, Anaplan, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Fluent English level in speaking and writing is mandatory.
