CODA is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Logistics Coordinator. This position plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations within our transportation network.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming requests for pick-up and delivery services.
  • Prepare comprehensive driver manifests and essential documentation packets.
  • Accurately record any anomalies or issues reported by drivers.
  • Maintain seamless coordination between digital systems and physical logistics processes.
  • Input pending delivery and pickup operations into our system.
  • Handle the efficient return of completed tours.
  • Respond to client inquiries and address concerns via email in a professional and timely manner.

Required Skills:
