Safran Landing Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SSE Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability and Social Responsibility department, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Director of Sustainability, Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility in deploying our sustainability and social responsibility initiatives across our international industrial sites.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of performance and quality of life at work.
• Collaborate with various functions, including SSE, HR, Communication, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sustainability and social responsibility.
Key Deliverables
• Define and deploy the company's sustainability and social responsibility policy to achieve the best level of performance and quality of life at work.
• Support divisions and departments in understanding and embracing sustainability and social responsibility challenges.
• Develop a culture of sustainability through risk management and employee engagement.
• Coordinate transversal actions on major projects.
• Identify cross-functional improvement axes and drive their deployment to anticipate future risks.
• Develop the SSE team and train various stakeholders on sustainability and social responsibility practices.
• Innovate to improve safety, quality of life at work, and social responsibility.
Requirements
• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Bilingual in English and French
• Autonomous, rigorous, and innovative, with a strong desire to support operational teams and individuals, and a preference for working in a multicultural environment.
