About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Commercial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to share best practices and develop new sales strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
