Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market studies to inform strategic decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities in the energy sector.
- Network Activation: Lead and structure meetings with various stakeholders, including business units and external partners, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Business Development: Support the development of relevant offers and responses to tenders, leveraging your expertise in the energy sector.
- Anticipate new business models and support the network of business units in their offer development.
- Develop a general knowledge of the market, players, and potential partners.
- Participate in technical clusters, professional associations, trade fairs, and public talks.
- Closely collaborate with the Technical & Innovation Team on technical and innovative aspects.
- Help build offers, brochures, presentations, webinars, and conferences with the Communication team.
- Promote environmental excellence with the Strategy & Environment team.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering, or a business school.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international context.
- Ability to understand quickly a complex and international organization.
- Open-minded, self-starting, inquisitive, agile, multi-tasking, and able to work independently.
- Dynamic and positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills.
- Language: French, English (both written and spoken). Another language (German, Spanish, or Portuguese) would be a plus.

- Network Activation: Animate the Omexom entities network across steering committees, international clubs, working groups, etc.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct and manage market analysis in the energy sector.
- Business Development: Support Omexom entities in their business development and lobbying efforts.
